the exclusive provider of encoding, storage and webcasting by the new

OH) The XStar Radio Network has chosen Virnetech to provide both conventional
and broadband streaming for the current FM Radio Network. The XStar network
has 8 stations currently, and is unique in the production and ownership
of national programming in a variety of musical and information radio
formats. Virnetech will utilize the Vortex streaming portal, and TRIAD
network to webcast the XStar network in near CD quality. Virnetech will
also provide companion Ecommerce applications and servers to the network
effective January 1, 2000.
